I am the Spook!

Hola a todos!

This week we have once again been trying our hardest to work with the members and that has been super fun. As a result of that, Hermana Dust and I ate 2 member meals yesterday and I thought I was going to explode so that was ridiculous. Spanish work is funny because you never get fed and then on the days that you do, everyone wants to feed you and it's always sooooooooo much food. So yay for that, I guess!

Also, we had a fun adventure this week when we drove up to Dayton which is like 40 minutes away but is magically still in our area because #spanishwork. So we had a fun drive up there through the fog and I am completely convinced that half of the houses in these towns are big haunted. So yeah, that's good times. Then we told scary stories the other night for our district story time and honestly I was a bit freaked out but it's all good. We met this man named Remijio and his wife Mirna and they are such funny people. We were up there with the Dayton elders and it just consisted of us joining in Spanish and then Remijio being like, now tell them what I said. Before proceeding to roast them in English. I honestly have no idea what happened in that lesson but it was soooooooo funny. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We are still on the finding grind, trying to do our best to find people around here that are interested in the gospel. But we've found some that have some solid potential so that's super exciting! Also, 2 of the hermanas were at church again yesterday for the 2nd week in a row and that was really encouraging. But Hermana Dust and I are up here just vibing. She says that Walla wasn't creepy until I got here so I guess I bring the spooky ghetto vibes with me wherever I go. So maybe it's not the area but I just have that effect on things jaja.👻 Most of the missionaries here have told me I'm a little intimidating so maybe I need to tone down the spookiness before something crazy happens ðŸ˜‚

Pero espero que estén bien!
Con amor,
Hermana Blackburn
